Hansel and Gretel Once upon a time a poor woodcutter who had two children: a boy named Hansel, and a girl named Gretel, and

When next morning the youth knocked on the door of his father, the stepmother was furious, but he woke immensely pleased, because he very much regretted what he had done. The woodcutter did not want to part with their children, but once again his wife convinced him that was the only solution. The children heard this, but this time Hansel could not get to pick the pebbles because her stepmother had locked the door. Again they were left by the fire, deep in the forest, but as they proved again that all the crumbs left by Hansel had been eaten by the birds of the forest. Alone, starving and scared, the two children were found in a thick, dark forest who could not find the exit. The roofs were made of chocolate, marzipan walls, the windows of caramel, nougat doors, the way of candy, a true delicacy! Hansel ran to the house telling his sister: "Come Gretel, I will eat the roof and you can eat the windows!" So saying, the children rushed about the house and began to devour it without noticing that, secretive, went to meet a wicked witch who immediately took them prisoners. "I see you wanted to eat my house," the witch "Well now I'm going to eat you." And ignoring the tears of children took to Hansel and put it in a tiny prison. Every day should bring food Gretel witch preparing for his brother, waiting for the day was big enough to eat. However, the children had hatched a plan. That was how the boy managed to get through the bars of its cage, a bone of chicken, so that the felt the bony witch prey and always decided to wait a little longer: Hansel never get fat enough, or at least as much as the witch decides to eat them, however, and as expected, this situation could not last forever, and a bad day the witch shouted: "I'm tired of waiting for this baby fat. The witch, annoyed said, "You fool. Gretel, without waiting a moment, closed the heavy door and left her trapped in the evil witch that was burned with loud cries. Gretel ran to his brother and freed it from its prison. Then the children saw that the house of the witch had big bags with lots of precious stones and pearls. They walked a while longer and finally found the house of his father. When he saw them reach the woodcutter was filled with joy because since had left had not spent a single day without regretting their decision. The children ran to hug him and, once they had regained, emptied his pockets before the incredulous eyes of his father would never have had to suffer need.
